Spa Policies and Cancellation Policy

We are a small salon and spa and  space can be limited. In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a 24-48-hour cancellation policy. Kindly review the booking and cancellation information below. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. We really appreciate your business and hope you have a relaxing experience with us.

Arriving

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment, and 5 minutes early for all other appointments. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out any forms. In fairness to all of our clients, appointments will always begin as scheduled and any late arrivals may lose a portion of their treatment time.

Please turn your cell phone off when you arrive.

We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform a service will result in a cancellation.

Booking

When booking your Spa Package, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to reserve your appointment. Please note that a small deposit will be taken upon booking. The deposit will be applied to your account. The deposit is Non-Refundable. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance we will charge you the amount of the deposit. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice a re-booking fee will be applied. If you reschedule or cancel the appointment with more than 48h notice the deposit will remain on your account and may be used for future appointments.

When booking your Individual Service, you may be asked to provide a valid credit card number to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your account. The deposit is Non-Refundable. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours in advance we will charge you the amount of the deposit. If you reschedule or cancel the appointment with more than 24h notice the deposit will remain on your account and may be used for future appointments.

When booking any Service on a Long Weekend, you may be asked to provide a valid credit card number to reserve your appointment.  If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours in advance or do Not show up for your appointment you will be charged for the service that you were booked for.

Upon completion, you will be able to pay for your services with your choice of Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash. We do no accept American Express. If you don’t have a credit card, you can pre-pay for your services in cash to hold your reservation.  This excludes all Tanning appointments.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment please call us (780) 960-3666 as soon as possible. This gives us the most time to re-book other clients. Should you continuously reschedule, cancel or not show up for your appointments with insufficient notice we will ask for a deposit when booking and you may be charged a re-booking fee. The deposit will be applied to your account. Should you not show for your appointment the deposit will be forfeited. We fully understand that sometimes not making it to your appointment is outside of your control. We ask that you do call us and inform us as soon as possible so we may make a note of it.

If you need to cancel your Spa Package appointment, please call us (780) 960-3666 at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not notify us 48 hours in advance we will charge the amount of your deposit.  This gives us limited time to re-book other clients. Thank You for your understanding.

If you need to cancel your Individual Service appointment, please call us (780) 960-3666 at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not notify us 24 hours in advance we will not refund your deposit, if one was taken upon booking. This gives us limited time to re-book other clients and helps hold clients who are chronically late or do not show responsible. No shows and late arrivals disrupt the technicians day more then we can say. Thank You for your understanding.

If you need to cancel your child care appointment, please call us (780) 960-3666 at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not notify us 24 hours in advance and you have booked child care a maximum fee of $10 will be charged to your account and will collected upon your next visit, as we staff according to the number of expected children.

There is plenty of free parking in our large private lot.

Customer Satisfaction

We feel that every client deserves the highest level of satisfaction. Should you not be satisfied with your service please let us know immediately.  Our Salon also offers free touch-ups within the first week after any service should you not be completely satisfied.
